- Preparation and realisation of the German Reception on May 12th, 2018 during Cannes Film Festival. German Films organises a reception in honour of the German films presented at the Film Festival in Cannes. The date of the German Reception 2018 will be May 12th, 2018. The event is expected to continue from 10 pm to ca. 1.30 am of the following day. The location of the event and its realisation is Cannes, France. The services to be provided include the preparation and realisation of this reception in a given venue, including all resultant costs for catering, pitching of tents, furnishing and fittings, sound and light systems and music concept, decoration, insurance etc.. The type of event and more precise parameters can be ascertained from the detailed documents in the invitation to tender. Calculations should be made on the basis of 800 attending guests.
